Innovative training device works by moderately restraining your stride with your front foot through the use of a stride regulator attached to the foot harness. Designed to unsnap under a certain amount of pull to help control your stride rather than preventing your foot from moving forward. Helps hitter to experience and learn optimal weight transfer through proper swing and stride motion. The Dewstep® foot harness attaches easily to the shoe.
