Hang up your heavy bag in your doorway. This unit is constructed to handle up to 400 pounds maximum. Chin up, using this doorway chin up bar, or vertical knee raises. Use your inverson boots, to hang upset down. Side mounting brackets permit you to easily take down the Hang up System when not in use. Made from chrome tubing , this unit will support up to 250 pounds. Please check your doorway before using this unit to insure that it can hold your weight.

Chinning/Pull Up Bar; Product Details: Chrome plated solid steel bar and frame is adjustable in 6 in increments within a 30 in range. Frame attaches to wooden stringers and is removable for storage. Bar size is 1 OD, 40 in long, 29 lbs. Stringers are each 54 in long with mounting holes 24 in apart. These stringers mount 38 1/2 in center to center. Attachment hardware not included
